Yes, You don't need a PayPal account to purchase bags. Final checkout gives you an option to pay as a guest.
The site is not accepting my creditcard.
The billing address must match the cardholder for the transaction to process. We suggest calling PayPal direct at 888-221-1161 if you're having trouble.
Can I purchase bags over the phone?
No, we cannot take credit cards over the phone.
What name will appear on my creditcard statement?
You should see PAYPAL *LAU BAG STR. on your creditcard statement and LBSO in your confirmation email.
Can I pay with a personal check?
No. We only accept business checks or money orders. See payments on about/help page for details.
Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Can I check if my items are in stock?
Yes, use the out of stock link on the main nav menu or just above the View Cart button on any product page. Note, we only list out of stock product when the manufacturer's warehouses are sold out. If we need to order your bags from the warehouse add 2 business days to the shipping time.
What kind of material/fabric are the bags made of?
What is the denier of the bags?
All bags are 210 denier except for the poly-cottom (#3040PC-WHT) which is 600 denier.
Can I wash and dry my bags?
Yes, machine wash cold or warm water. Tumble dry on low heat.
Will the bags fit my Laundry Holders?
It depends on the size of your holder but the 30x40JN, S3040JN, 3040PC and 3045JN fit bag holders up to 17 1/2" x 17" x 29" tall when open.
Can I get custom made bag sizes?
No. We nor our suppliers can manufacture bags to a specific size.
When will my bags ship?
If product is inhouse we ship within 24 hours Monday through Saturday.
When will I receive my bags?
It depends on how far you are located from Massachusetts. The further you are the longer it will take. However, most customers receive their order within 2-3 business days unless we have to order them from the warehouse in which case 4-7 business days is typical.
I need to change my shipping address.
You can change the shipping address during the final checkout process. If you can't change it or missed the opportunity email us asap with the correct address.
Is there an expedited shipping method available other than standard shipping?
No there is no expedited suchas as overnight or second day air. Please refer to our USA Shipping
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we can ship to a P.O. Box address. However, we contact you for street address if we're shipping via UPS.
I live in MA can I pick up bags and save the shipping charge?
No, because we can only accept payments via online we can't allow local pickups.
I never received a tracking number.
When we print your shipping label you should automatically receive a tracking # at the email address used when placing your order. If you did not receive a tracking # contact us for a status.
I never received my package.
Please don't wait weeks to inform us that your package never arrived. If your package has not arrived within 7 or 8 business days contact us via phone or email for a status. If the USPS or UPS tracking website indicates your package was delivered we will not replace it.

Can you ship to an APO/FPO address?
yes, shipping is $3.99 no matter the order size.
