The Laundry Bag Store Online first opened for business in 2001 as a division of Town Line Laundry. Town Line Laundry was established in 1957 and provided area residents local laundry services. Recently, Town Line Laundry has been sold and now operates under a new name.

Payment: Creditcard, e-Check, Money Order or Business checks. Creditcard payments are processed through Paypal and a Paypal account is not required. Paypal uses the latest e-commerce security and recently acquired VeriSign.
Note we cannot take credit card orders over the phone and do not accept purchase orders, however we can send an electronic invoice through PayPal which can be printed for submission to your purchasing department. The electronic invoice is not a commitment to buy and can be canceled at any time.

e-Checks, Money orders and business checks must clear before shipment. Email sales at the email address below indicating you want to order and pay via moneyorder or business check and we will provide payment details.
  
Bag Colors: The color of the bags in the images shown may vary depending on computer systems and are for reference only. However the actual bag colors are excellent, the best we've ever seen.
Guarantee: 30 day limited product warranty. Product is limited to a replacement of defective merchandise only. We will replace any defective item(s) at our expense as long as we are notified via email within 30 days after you receive your items. After 30 days we can not issue replacements. Contact us before returning defective items.
We do not exchange products for size or color. A 25% restocking fee plus our actual shipping charges and processing fees apply to all unauthorized non-defective items returned for refund. Shipping: Shipping to USA only. Shipping is only $2.99 no matter how much you order. For orders totaling $100 or more shipping is free. Shipping is by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail, depending on weight. We can also ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. If you require your order shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) contact sales before ordering.
Shipping is done through PayPal Click-N-Ship. Click-N-Ship includes free delivery confirmation (tracking). With PayPal Click-N-Ship you automatically receive an email with a link to track your package. We ship certain orders insured at our expense and orders over $200 require someone to sign to accept the package.
Please make sure the shipping address listed on PayPal is correct and can accept deliveries from the US Postal Service. If you need to ship to an alternate address, email us after ordering with the new shipping address. We will reply with a confirmation email noting the change.
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we will issue a refund less actual shipping charges. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address we will contact you via email. If after repeated attempts there is no reply we will issue a refund less actual shipping charges.
Shipping Schedule: We ship multiple times a day during normal business hours at the main postal facility located in Watertown, MA. Watertown is located approximately 8 miles from Boston where the state postal distribution center is located. Night and weekend shipments are are made through the USPS automatic postal machine (APC).
Out of Stock: Generally, out of stock product takes 2-3 business days to arrive from our manufacturer. Product that has a longer arrival time is posted on our Item Availability checker. The Item Availability Checker is located just under the "Add to Cart" button on each product page.
