Laundry Bag Store Online

The Laundry Bag Store Online web site went live in 2001 offering laundry services for local residents in addition to selling a small selection of laundry bags both inhouse and online. The local services portion of the business was sold a few years ago and now operates under a new name while we retained the online business.

Please refer to the shopping cart image located under the View Cart button on each bag page for help in adding items to your cart.

Payment: Creditcard, e-Check, Money Order or Business checks. Creditcard payments are processed through Paypal and a Paypal account is not required. Paypal uses the latest e-commerce security and recently acquired VeriSign.

Note we cannot take credit card orders over the phone. Purchase Orders require pre-payment. We can send either an electronic invoice through PayPal or a PDF invoice which can be printed for submission to your purchasing department. The electronic invoice is not a commitment to buy and can be canceled at any time.

Money Orders and Business Checks:

e-Checks, Money orders and business checks must clear before shipment. There is no minimum purchase required for money orders and business check payments. Please make money orders and checks payable to "Laundry Bag Store and Lots" and mail to:

Bag Colors: The color of the bags in the images shown may vary slightly depending on different computer systems. However on our flat screen monitors the bag image colors are a close match to real bag color. The images are watermarked but the actual bags have no writing on them. The bag colors are excellent, the best we've ever seen. Email us if you have a question on the actual color.

Guarantee: One year limited product warranty against wear and tear. We will replace any defective item(s) at our expense as long as we are notified via email within one (1) year of purchase date. After 1 year we can not issue a replacement. Contact sales before returning defective items. Fabric Markers are not covered with our wear and tear warranty.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds: If you are unhappy with the size or color contact sales for an exchange. Our return address and phone number is printed on your invoice/packing slip. We do not cover return shipping. Any cost difference when exchanging from larger bags to smaller bags will be applied to the actual cost of reshipping. You will be refunded any cost difference that exceeds the actual cost of reshipping. Refunds/Exchanges are limited to 30 days from date of purchase and must be in new condition. Fabric Markers limited to 10 days. No refunds will be issued for markers returned without the plastic cap.

A 25% restocking fee plus actual shipping charges apply to all non-defective items returned for refund. Email sales if you need more information on a product before purchasing or read our laundry bag buying guide. All sales on assorted lots are final and can not be exchanged or returned for refund.

Out of Stock: Generally, out of stock product takes 2-3 business days to arrive from our manufacturer's wearhouses. Product that has a longer arrival time is posted on our Is it in Stock? pop up checker. A link to pop up the Stock checker is located just under the "Add to Cart" button on each product page and at top of the main navigation menu.

USA Orders/Shipping: Shipping is only $3.99 ($4.99 for AK, AZ, CA, HI, CO, NV, PR, TX, OR, VI, WA) no matter how much you order. For orders totaling $100 or more shipping is free. Shipping is by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Parcel Post, depending on location and weight. We can ship to a P.O. Box. If you require your order shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) contact sales before ordering as additional shipping charges may be required.

Shipping is done through USPS Click-N-Ship. USPS Click-N-Ship includes free delivery confirmation (tracking). With USPS Click-N-Ship you automatically receive an email with a link to track your package. We ship certain orders insured at our expense and orders over $200 require someone to sign to accept the package.

Please make sure the shipping address listed on final checkout is correct and can accept deliveries from the US Postal Service. If you need to ship to an alternate address, email us after ordering with the new shipping address. We will reply with a confirmation email noting the change.

We make every effort to get your package(s) delivered, however if a package is unclaimed and returned to us or returned to us for an incorrect address we will issue a refund less actual shipping charges. Before we ship we may contact you via email to verify the shipping address. Generally, we have trouble contacting AOL and Hotmail email account holders. If you have one of these accounts, please check your spam box.

APO/FPO Orders/Shipping: When you enter your shipping information in Final Checkout, choose AA, AP, FP, etc... under the State pulldown menu. In order to print online customs forms we will need a phone number. Please include a phone number when entering your shipping information in PayPal checkout.

International Orders/Shipping: We only ship to USA addresses. You will not be able to complete an order if you are not located in the USA until we enable International payments.

Before ordering you will need to secure the services of a third party shipper suchas DSV Air & Sea Inc. or ShopUSA. They'll provide you a USA shipping address. You can also use a friend's address located in the USA. We ship to them and they ship to you. You will need to visit their sites for International shipping rates and detail on using their services. Our shipping rate to the third party address is still only $3.99 or $4.99 no matter how much you order and free for orders totaling $100 or more.

Please make sure your third party shipper can accept US Postal deliveries. Once you secure a USA shipping address email us before placing your order so we can enable International payments. Payment must be in USA currency. We can also send you a request for payment. To help estimate third party shipping rates we can provide the approximate weight and package size prior to placing your order. Email sales with your order details.

Shipping Schedule: We ship several times a day Monday through Saturday. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours but please allow up to 72 business hours as we may have to get your items from the wearhouse.
